All refunds and credits are subject to the terms below.

Credits expire 1 year from the cancellation date.

Fall and Winter Leagues are excluded from this Policy - Please reference their policies directly.
Camps or Clinics: $99.00 or Less

More than 2 weeks before camp:
$5.00 cancellation fee -
Within 2 weeks of camp:
50% cancellation fee -
Within 72 hours of camp start:
No refund. Camp credit only
Camps or Clinics: $100.00 – $199.00

More than 2 weeks before camp:
$20.00 cancellation fee -
Within 2 weeks of camp:
50% cancellation fee -
Within 72 hours of camp start:
No refund. Camp credit only
Camps or Clinics: $200.00 and Up
(Excludes leagues)

$25.00 cancellation fee -

Camp or Clinic Transfers

Camp transfers will be processed as a camp credit, minus a $5.00 transfer fee per request.
