Alliance Nashville is a satellite club providing high level training with a schedule that compliments athletes and families with other commitments. We seek to maintain skill and improve as much as possible given our balanced schedule.

 

The season runs from January through April, with weekly Sunday practices at Lipscomb Academy and occasional Thursday practices added before tournaments. Players compete in one local tournament each month at TOA in Franklin, and they benefit from a coaching staff predominately consisting of former/current Lipscomb University athletes and other Division I volleyball players who bring highlevel experience and training to the program.

Tryouts will be Sunday, November 1st at Lipscomb Academy: 15s-18s from 2:00 - 4:00 PM; 12s-14s from 4:45 - 6:45 PM. Doors will open 30 minutes before your session. Tryout registration will be uploaded on this page soon! Please note we plan to have at least 1 team per age group, pending try-out attendance.

Register for Tryouts

Tryout registration will open on August 1, 2026, through your Alliance account.  If your daughter is new to Alliance, create a new account by clicking on "Sign In" at top right of website, add your dependent player to your profile, and then register for tryouts.  The cost to tryout is $35 and is payable online.  Registration will close 24 hours ahead of the first day of tryouts for your age group.  After registration is closed, the cost is $40 and player will be considered a walk up.  Please note that no refunds of tryout fees will occur within 72 hours of the first tryout date.  There will be a $5 processing fee for refunds.

The Southern Region Volleyball Association is one of the 40 regions of USA Volleyball. When you register for a membership with Southern Region, you also become a member of USA Volleyball.  You must be a currently registered member to participate in Southern Region and USA Volleyball events. A tryout membership must be purchased in order to participate in tryouts ONLY IF your daughter did not participate with a USAV club this past season.   The cost of this membership is $10.  If a player accepts a team offer and roster position, this tryout membership will be upgraded to a full membership at an additional cost of $50.

A copy of the membership card will be required upon check in at tryouts.  You can print this card from your account after purchasing it, or from the email confirmation that you will receive from SRVA.  A medical release form is also required at tryouts and is located under "Important Documents".
