Tournament Entry Procedures

1. Go to www.srva.org
2. Hit “SRVAonline” tab
3. Hit “Non-Region Team Access” button
4. Enter email address only and hit “Create New NRT UserID”  Button
5. Enter all info into fields and hit “Add New UsedID” Button
6. Hit “Logon” Button
7. Enter email and password and hit “Logon” Button
8. Under Current NRT Team Mgt Section hit “Add or Select Current NRTeam” Button
9. Hit “Add NRTeam” Button
10. Complete info in drop down boxes and info fields.  (This may require help from your Club Director)
    Gender = F
    Lvl = Age 15 team would be J5
    Club Code = Alliance VBC is “ALLVB” your club will have its own code
    Seq = Level of team within your club 15-1 = “1”
    Region = SO is Southern Region or HO = Hoosier Region etc…
11. Once all Fields completed hit “Add New NRTeam” Button At This point you can add another team (follow same directions) or you can continue with Tournament  Registration Process below.

Then, register for tournaments:

1. Hit “Main Menu” Button
2. Under Current NRT Team Mgt Section hit “Add or Select Current NRTeam” Button
3. You should see all of the teams you have entered at this point
4. In the 1st Column on the left hit the Button under the Select Column
5. Under Current NRT Team Mgt Section hit “Enter Tournament” Button
6. Click “View” Button
7. Scroll down to tournament you would like to enter and click on the appropriate age division you would  like to enter
8. This will ask to Add Tournament, click “OK” Button
9. To Print Entry form put mouse over Name of Event, Under the Event Colum, and click.
10. Send Printed Entry form with Check and either a Hand written roster or attach a copy of a current roster  to entry form with a check made Payable to SRVA.
