The form needs to be signed in three places by both parent and player and submitted at the time of try outs. You do not pay the $60 membership fee.

Try outs will be held at Clarksville High School Auxilliary Gym on Saturday, November 3. 12-14 year olds will try out from 10:00am to 12:00pm; 15-18 year olds will try out from 12:00-2:00pm. The cost for try outs is $45.

Teams will practice twice weekly from January through mid-April, and will participate in four tournaments, all held at AGame Sportsplex, Franklin.  The cost for the season is $900 payable in four installments.  December 1, $360; January 1, $180; February 1, $180; March 1, $180.
