Fundraising
Opportunities
The fundraising committee offers opportunities for families to reduce their volleyball fees, build a financial assistance fund, and help support the ongoing operations of Alliance Volleyball. If you have questions about fundraising, please email Fundraising Chairperson Bill Hyde at billhyde51@yahoo.com.
Concessions at the Bridgestone Arena
Bridgestone Arena is looking for individuals to work concessions. The minimum you can earn at the Arena is $50 per event, but you can earn more depending on the amount of food and beverage sold. Anyone 18 or older can work and money is credited toward your daughter’s volleyball fees. A training session is required. For more information, please email Jackie Young at jyoung@alliancevbc.com
Kroger Cares
Let’s face it: you have to eat. So why not earn some funds to apply towards volleyball fees when you purchase groceries? The “Kroger Cares” program allows you to do just that. Obtain a Kroger gift card, make your purchases with the gift card, and Kroger donates 4% of your purchases towards your daughter’s volleyball fees. It does not get much easier to lower your fees! To get a card or learn more, contact Julie Thompson at julietaylorthompson@gmail.com.
Great Lakes Scrip Program for Alliance Volleyball!
This program is easy, convenient, and effective in lowering your fees. By purchasing gift cards online through GL Scrip, a percentage of your purchase will apply towards your daughter’s fees. The percentage and amount depends on the vendors you select and the amount of cards you purchase. The benefit of this program is you get the gift cards at face value from vendors you will shop with, and the vendors will donate a percentage back to Alliance on your behalf. For more information, please contact Kathy Jones at zkjvolleyball@gmail.com.
